
Senior Product Manager – Contact Center, Conversational AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will strategically enhance our contact center and AI solution portfolio while establishing a clear roadmap.
• You will identify new market opportunities, such as through the AWS Marketplace, managed-service offerings, or new partnerships.
• You will keep track of market trends and competitors to formulate growth strategies.
• You will initiate discussions with potential customers, uncover their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• In collaboration with our consultants, you will develop engaging proposals, presentations, and proofs of concept.
• You will cultivate long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for further development (upselling).
• You will serve as the main contact for AWS in the Contact Center domain and actively manage the partnership.
• You will ensure compliance with relevant certification and program requirements.
• You will plan and oversee the financial metrics of your solution area (revenue, costs, utilization).
• You will create pricing models for Marketplace and managed-service offerings.
• You will collaborate closely with Finance and Administration to guarantee precise project accounting.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, presales, consulting, or product management — preferably in an IT or cloud environment.
• Fundamental understanding of AWS and cloud technologies.
• Experience engaging with customers and partners at the decision-maker/executive level.
• Strategic mindset with a strong awareness of commercial implications.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English — able to clearly explain technical subjects.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about driving initiatives forward.
• A background in conversational AI, contact centers, NLP, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms.
• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect – Associate) or Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS partner programs and the AWS Marketplace.
• Willingness to travel (~20% for customer meetings, events, and trade shows).
