This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and execute the product roadmap for the OEM portfolio, which includes NCH, NVI, CPO, and associated OEM programs.
• Serve as a proactive coach, mentor, and role model to junior Product Managers, while creating top-tier products for OEM clients and end users.
• Act as the main product liaison for OEM clients, leading client-facing presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap discussions in collaboration with the OEM Sales team.
• Work closely with OEM Sales to translate customer requirements, deal commitments, and market insights into clear product specifications and prioritized backlog items.
• Gain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by OEM partners and shoppers; prioritize and define trade-offs between scope, schedule, cost, and business value to ensure engineering focuses on the most impactful tasks.
• Oversee multiple OEM programs across various cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, analytics), ensuring clear program plans, milestones, and visibility of risks are maintained.
• Deliver high-value and impactful work consistently and on schedule for both feature development and program deliverables.
• Create genuine customer and business value that is evident both internally and externally, regularly and predictably.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to enhance processes and ensure team alignment towards shared goals.
• Contribute to team-level KPIs/OKRs; identify OEM product KPIs/OKRs and track product health and performance against those standards.
• Build effective and trusting relationships with key OEM clients, the OEM Sales team, and internal stakeholders.
• Position yourself as the internal authority and thought leader in the OEM product domain.
• Communicate roadmaps, updates, and key achievements effectively and widely across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on interconnected roadmaps and manage dependencies between OEM programs and platform investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a product manager (covering both mobile and web), with a proven track record of delivering significant and meaningful business and customer outcomes across a complete product line.
• Strong preference for experience in the automotive industry, OEM, dealer technology, or related automotive software/data platforms.
• Demonstrated product acumen with a thorough understanding of UX design principles and product experimentation (such as A/B testing and user testing).
• Proven experience managing the product process from strategy to delivery, with a solid understanding of product management fundamentals, lean product development, and agile methodologies.
• Established client-facing abilities: experience presenting to senior external stakeholders and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Experience in defining KPIs and product metrics and utilizing them to inform decisions, along with an instinct for when to balance data with intuition.
