This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for AI automation functionalities within the platform.

• Establish measurable outcomes (efficiency improvements, error reduction, decision accuracy) and ensure the roadmap is accountable to these metrics.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI projects with the overall product vision and revenue objectives of the company.

• Create business cases that justify R&D investments based on anticipated revenue prospects.

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities throughout the loan origination and account opening processes.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML to spot innovation opportunities and integrate relevant insights into product strategy and development.

• Conduct thorough explorations with lending operations teams, compliance officials, and technology buyers to uncover unmet needs, going beyond stated requirements to define innovative solutions to customer challenges.

• Integrate qualitative research, quantitative usage data, and competitive intelligence into clear product opportunities.

• Develop and sustain a strong feedback loop with design partners and early-access customers during feature development.

• Facilitate execution with engineering, data science, and design teams utilizing agile methodologies and emerging Dev AI practices.

• Convert business requirements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Lead rapid prototyping sessions to expedite time to market and enable early customer validation.

• Ensure that requirements are aligned with strategic business objectives while balancing compliance, security, scalability, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to define the scope of model development, establish success metrics, and implement human-in-the-loop review processes.

• Work in conjunction with compliance, legal, and information security teams to ensure AI functionalities meet regulatory standards (FCRA, ECOA, fair lending, model risk management, and emerging regulations governing AI use in fintech).

• Take ownership of launch readiness, including go-to-market coordination, documentation, training, and customer communications.

• Define and monitor KPIs for AI features post-launch: automation rates, exception volumes, model drift indicators, and business impact.

• Create feedback channels that quickly surface edge cases and model errors, translating them into iterative cycles.

• Transparently communicate product performance to leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to monitor product pipeline development and revenue potential, making adjustments where adoption does not meet expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating success in designing enterprise AI/ML products within a SaaS B2B context.

• Proficient in conducting customer/user research, usability testing, and translating findings into product strategy. Skilled in AI-driven prototyping techniques.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

• Mastery of agile methodologies, processes, and artifacts, with an understanding of/exposure to emerging DevAI practices.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient storytelling and presentation skills.

• Strong collaboration capabilities within and across teams.

• Ability to provide and receive constructive design feedback.

• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI product design.

• Proven track record of bringing AI features from concept to production, including model integration, data contracts, and post-launch assessment.

• Expertise in digital product development, including conversational AI, GenAI, automation, and data-driven platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, MCPs, GenAI platforms, and API integration.

• Understanding of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, bias mitigation, and quality/accuracy metrics essential for production-grade AI systems.

• Experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams to define training data requirements, assess model performance, and implement iterative feedback mechanisms.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. A background in computer science (education or demonstrated proficiency) is preferred.
