Senior Product Manager – AI Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of an AI agent from start to finish: Manage the entire lifecycle — discovery, prioritization, specifications, delivery, and iteration — for 1–2 agents simultaneously, from initial hypothesis to a live product.

• Establish and maintain the delivery schedule: Define what "done" entails, monitor progress, and remove obstacles for the team — proactively, without waiting for external prompts.

• Engage with users consistently: Regular communication with users is essential. This is how you validate issues, identify signals early, and develop agents that are genuinely utilized by people.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work alongside cross-functional teams (e.g., Financing for banking agents) to gain the necessary context and co-create features with those closest to the challenges.

• Assist in enhancing agent practices: Contribute to the frameworks, transition models, and playbooks that will ultimately enable AI agents to be integrated within Qonto's product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive ownership experience (L3+): You have successfully delivered products from conception to production, taking responsibility for the outcomes — not just the coordination aspects.

• Strong user-centric approach: You engage with users regularly, not sporadically. You translate qualitative insights into precise problem statements and actionable decisions.

• Project management fundamentals: Possess product intuition, prioritization skills, structured thinking, and the capability to manage stakeholders in a cross-functional setting.

• Positive impact on engineering teams: You set high standards and maintain a healthy level of pressure — motivating, not exhausting. Engineers are eager to collaborate with you.

• Curiosity and proficiency in AI: You utilize AI tools daily (such as Claude, Dust, or equivalents), stay informed about the field, and ideally have developed a small agent or automation project.

• Proficient in French.
