Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with your Product Manager to define, scope, and prioritize features, bringing your own product perspective to the discussion rather than merely executing tasks.

• Taking ownership of features from inception to completion, making architectural decisions and managing production across the entire stack (front end, back end, and everything in between).

• Utilizing AI tools throughout your workflow to accelerate processes, bridge skills gaps, and operate efficiently within a streamlined team.

• Writing and upholding clean, thoughtfully designed TypeScript code for both frontend (React) and backend (NestJS), with GraphQL APIs linking the two.

• Engaging with subject matter experts—such as Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, QA, and DevOps—on an as-needed basis based on your project requirements.

• Fostering a culture of delivery that prioritizes speed, ownership, and continuous improvement over bureaucracy and hand-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience as a full stack engineer with a strong command of TypeScript and React.

• A product-focused mindset, showing an interest in the reasoning behind what you are building, not just the execution.

• Proven ability to independently take features from concept through to production.

• Comfortably integrating AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) as a genuine part of your engineering workflow, going beyond mere experimentation.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to self-manage within a small, high-trust team environment.

• Experience in a startup or early-stage setting.

• Background in a B2B SaaS context.

• Passion for influencing how AI-augmented delivery teams function in practice—your contributions will be essential as we develop this model.
