
Senior Product Designer β UX Engineer, AI & EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
β’ UX Research & Frameworks: Perform user research focusing on learner and educator demographics. Develop personas, chart user journeys, and utilize user stories to enhance digital learning processes.
β’ Human-AI Interaction Design: Design the user experience for innovative features such as AI tutor chat interfaces, intelligent nudges, and teacher support tools.
β’ Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and construct interactive prototypes with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
β’ Data Visualisation: Craft compelling dashboards and visual representations based on educational data, predictive learning analytics, and student retention strategies.
β’ LMS Customisation: Develop custom graphics, assets, and themes to improve wireframes and virtual learning environments.
β’ Proven Experience: Demonstrated history as a UI Developer or UX Designer in a tech-centric organization.
β’ Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that highlights relevant UI/UX work, particularly in data visualisation, dashboard design, or AI-enhanced user experiences (e.g., chat workflows, predictive dashboards).
β’ Technical Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure, Zeplin).
β’ Communication: Outstanding professional English communication skills (both written and verbal) to facilitate effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
β’ Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of the Moodle ecosystem, including custom theme development and learner interface optimisation.
β’ Experience designing interfaces for Generative AI workflows, NLP features, or LLM-driven educational tools (with a focus on managing AI latency effectively and establishing trust feedback loops).
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
β’ Familiarity with LESS/SASS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or JavaScript data libraries (D3.js, Chart.js).
