Senior Product Designer, Member App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the member application, including flows, interfaces, interaction patterns, and visual design.

• Transition from concept to functional prototype within a matter of hours.

• Maintain close engagement with our members and conduct research to gain insights into their experiences.

• Develop and uphold the design system.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to enhance their efficiency.

• Make informed tradeoffs that balance member clarity, clinician workload, and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A designer with comprehensive experience managing a consumer product from start to finish.

• Proficient in contemporary design tools.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Cursor, v0, Claude, Lovable, etc.).

• Capable of conducting meaningful research.

• Comfortable working in uncertain environments.

• Excellent written communication abilities.
