Senior Product Designer, Lightroom Mobile Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create straightforward, sophisticated, and user-friendly experiences and interactions that enhance and transform users' workflows.

• Utilize a growth-oriented mindset to design and execute experiments focused on boosting user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.

• Develop design concepts through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Utilize customer feedback, research, and data analytics to acquire deep insights into user objectives and behaviors, ensuring that designs align with user requirements.

• Collaborate closely with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to realize new concepts and trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of professional experience in mobile (iOS and Android) product design with a demonstrated history of achievements.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience (and passion for!) addressing intricate design and technology challenges through systems thinking.

• Adaptability: Strong capability to navigate uncertainty, make informed trade-offs, and facilitate quick decision-making to efficiently launch experiments.

• Collaborative Approach: A proven record of working closely with design, product management, software development, and users from the ideation phase through to implementation.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly convey a multi-layered problem space and the rationale behind design choices to stakeholders at all levels.
