Senior Product Designer, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design process and innovate product designs.

• Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to establish and implement a forward-thinking design strategy that boosts MAU, retention, and monetization.

• Develop and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, using A/B tests and iterative design to optimize outcomes.

• Actively and fluently employ AI tools to speed up design exploration, enhance quality, and elevate creative output.

• Ensure that designs adhere to Life360’s design system, visual language, and interaction patterns.

• Produce high-fidelity mockups, production-ready screens, and design assets using Figma, Figma AI, Claude, and other AI tools.

• Create interactive prototypes to illustrate flows, behaviors, and micro-interactions.

• Contribute to interaction design and motion concepts, including micro-interactions and transitions.

• Assist in design reviews by refining visuals, clarifying interactions, and improving overall quality.

• Work alongside product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible, clear, and well-documented.

• Aid in maintaining and evolving the design system through thoughtful application and feedback.

• Execute experiments and features from start to finish utilizing AI tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual craft, interaction design, attention to detail, and AI application. Examples may include: Claude Code, Figma AI, Google Stitch, Lovable, V0, etc.

• Experience in mobile-first design (iOS and Android).

• In-depth, practical experience with AI design tools, actively using AI to enhance speed, quality, and creative exploration in your work process.

• Strong visual design abilities, with a keen focus on typography, layout, hierarchy, and refinement.

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, Figma AI, auto layout, variants, and prototyping.

• A solid understanding of interaction design and user-centered thinking.

• A naturally inquisitive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning, growing, and honing your craft through collaboration and feedback.

• Capability to navigate between various projects and adapt to diverse problem spaces.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and enjoys collaborating with other designers.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in seeking quality improvements.
