Senior Product Designer, Core Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences, starting from initial concepts and user flows to high-fidelity visuals and production-ready prototypes.

• Collaborate across functions with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify issues and explore a wide range of solutions.

• Integrate strategic product thinking with detailed execution across various verticals.

• Conduct and synthesize user research while utilizing product analytics to guide decision-making.

• Rapidly prototype and evaluate ideas using both low and high-fidelity methods to validate solutions.

• Contribute to quarterly strategy, roadmap development, and experiments that enhance engagement and retention.

• Develop and sustain the design system to ensure uniformity, scalability, and accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality craftsmanship and data-driven results.

• Proven experience managing the complete product design process from discovery to delivery.

• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and advance projects in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary product design tools, including system maintenance.

• Strong systems-level design thinking and contribution to a design system.

• Bonus points for: Experience in designing consumer-facing mobile applications, proficiency in data-informed design utilizing A/B testing and data science insights through experimentation tools like Amplitude, and motion design experience.
