Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire design process: conducting research, brainstorming ideas, creating interaction flows, developing high-fidelity wireframes, and prototyping for AI-driven, data-intensive enterprise workflows.

• Convert user requirements and business objectives into intuitive and reliable interfaces for intricate multi-system processes involving SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Oracle.

• Design with governance and trust in mind: clarify what agents are doing, the reasons behind their actions, and how humans can review, intervene, or override those actions.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research with enterprise users (including IT leaders, ERP administrators, and business analysts) and iterate based on insights gained.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment on vision, confirm technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality products.

• Develop and uphold the design system that ensures consistency across products and surfaces within the Tessera Mosaic platform.

• Elevate the standard of design across the organization: provide feedback on design work, mentor engineers on UX patterns, and promote user-centric design at every level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in product design, specifically in creating enterprise products and developer tools.

• A robust portfolio showcasing complex, launched products—preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or developer tools.

• Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research.

• Ability to think at a systems level. Capable of seeing the bigger picture across products, workflows, and platforms to create coherent end-to-end experiences rather than isolated screens.

• Comfortable juggling multiple initiatives and collaborating with various teams (including product, engineering, GTM, customer success, and leadership) often simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication skills. Able to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs to engineers, PMs, founders, and customers.

• A proactive and collaborative approach with a history of owning a product area from start to finish.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
