Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Developing comprehensive user experiences from start to finish.

• Supporting discovery phases and assisting in defining product specifications.

• Designing prototypes and other materials to facilitate user testing and integrate insights into designs.

• Leading the design team to cultivate a unified understanding and alignment on solutions that effectively address customer needs.

• Aiding in the onboarding of new design team members by sharing insights, best practices, and opportunities for shadowing.

• Partnering with product management, engineering, and business associates to create and refine customer-facing products.

• Collaborating with fellow product designers and the front-end engineering team to oversee a design system utilized within the consumer product ecosystem.

• Working with engineering to guarantee the visual quality and refinement of the product and user experience.

• Frequently gathering feedback from colleagues, including other product designers, product managers, and team members within your product group.

• Advocating for cohesion and consistency in UX design that integrates a growing portfolio of products and features.

• Serving as a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that reflect the most customer-focused intersection of design, business, and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing and launching digital products, with a recent focus on enterprise SaaS products.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and a variety of fidelity levels, including completed design work. (A portfolio is mandatory for consideration)

• Experience working closely with a cross-functional technology team, including product managers, engineers, QA, and business leadership.

• Expertise in Figma, including component creation, design system maintenance, and prototyping.

• A solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and current development philosophies/methodologies for creating responsive web applications.

• Experience utilizing Storybook and documenting guidelines for the use and implementation of components.
