Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design process for key product areas, transforming intricate workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• Facilitate or assist with interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams from the initial scoping phase through to delivery.

• Utilize and contribute to Suralink’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

• Work independently, fostering clarity and progress amidst uncertainty.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing for complex SaaS products.

• Demonstrated experience in designing AI or data-driven features, or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces.

• Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, and tokens.

• A strong portfolio that showcases systems thinking and the ability to deliver elegant, cohesive user experiences.

• Experience in collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to influence roadmaps.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design practices.
