Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive product design process, starting from problem identification to final execution.

• Discover and verify user pain points through thorough research, prototyping, and testing methodologies.

• Convert product and business needs into clear, user-friendly design solutions.

• Create exceptional user experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

• Develop and deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail, including layout, typography, and hierarchy.

• Construct, maintain, and enhance a scalable design system.

• Design and produce printed materials (such as brochures and event assets) as necessary to support business and marketing efforts.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams.

• Ensure uniformity across all product and brand interactions.

• Conduct design quality assurance and make iterative improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design (UX/UI).

• Extensive experience in designing complete product experiences (beyond just visuals).

• Demonstrated expertise in UX methodologies, user flows, and problem-solving techniques.

• High proficiency in UI craftsmanship and visual design execution.

• Strong background in working with and scaling design systems.

• Ability to engage in hands-on work while maintaining a strategic perspective.

• Experience in collaborating with engineering and product teams.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote, cross-timezone setting.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
