Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional product experiences throughout RethinkFirst’s product ecosystem.

• Oversee the design of product features and workflows for RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders.

• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and comprehensive design specifications.

• Utilize advanced skills in Figma to produce polished design outputs.

• Explore AI-generated or AI-assisted prototypes to validate workflows and showcase product concepts.

• Confidently present design work and prototypes to stakeholders and leadership with clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field of digital product experience.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, strategic problem solving, refined execution, and product impact.

• Advanced skill set in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, libraries, and design system workflows.

• Proven experience in designing intricate SaaS products for web and/or mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with AI tools for prototype creation, design exploration acceleration, product idea communication, or enhancement of design workflows.

• Ability to experiment with AI-assisted, code-based, or code-adjacent prototyping tools to make product concepts tangible.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, usability testing, and iterative product development.

• Capacity to work swiftly without compromising quality, clarity, or user needs.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• A relationship-oriented individual who builds trust, listens effectively, and engages others.
