Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process from initial concept through to final execution

• Apply design thinking methodologies to address and resolve intricate challenges

• Perform user-experience research to gather valuable insights that inform design choices

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive alignment

• Mentor and support junior designers in their professional growth

• Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design for intricate SaaS software products

• Experience working with US-based product teams is considered a plus for this position

• Post-secondary education in HCI, Design, or a related field, or equivalent pertinent industry experience

• A strong portfolio that highlights work on B2B products

• Experience in conducting generative and evaluative user-experience research as well as usability testing

• A solid understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in an Agile software development setting

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices
