Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform undefined challenges into well-defined, delivered solutions. You will determine the optimal design strategy to meet business objectives.

• Utilize data-driven insights: You won't be working in isolation. Partner with our UX Research and Analytics teams to formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and convert user behavior into practical insights.

• Enhance our ecosystem: Foster consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing intricate technical dependencies.

• Harness AI: AI is an integral tool in our operations, not merely an experiment. We anticipate you will actively incorporate AI into your daily tasks, recognize its transformative potential, and enhance your proficiency. You should already be meaningfully engaging with AI and understanding where it adds value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Create intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior expertise: 5+ years of product design experience, preferably within complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or extensive e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of delivered products illustrating your ability to solve business challenges, manage intricate workflows, and assess design impact (include case studies of your process, not just polished UI visuals).

• Research & data foundation: While you are not a full-time researcher, you possess the essential skills: asking pertinent questions, monitoring the right metrics, and leveraging data to support decisions.

• Cross-functional collaboration: You communicate effectively with engineering and product teams, negotiating trade-offs without compromising user experience.

• Language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English skills to facilitate smooth communication across our distributed team.
