• Mentor and coach junior designers, promoting their professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of pertinent experience.

• Advanced proficiency in content design skills, including plain language, inclusive content, concise writing, and content strategy.

• In-depth knowledge of UX processes and craft skills.

• Experience in addressing undefined and complex challenges with a strategic approach.

• Previous experience mentoring junior team members.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe, or other design tools.

• Must be a US Citizen or legal resident eligible to work domestically.

• Must be able to obtain a low-level security clearance.
