Senior Product Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of 3–5 client engagements from the discovery phase to successful delivery.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with founders, executives, and client stakeholders.

• Facilitate regular client meetings, set agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into well-structured product requirements and delivery plans.

• Decompose large initiatives into manageable milestones with clear priorities and timelines.

• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria that empower engineering teams to execute effectively.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to align priorities and mitigate delivery risks.

• Balance client expectations with engineering capacity, safeguarding delivery commitments.

• Identify delivery risks early on and proactively suggest solutions before they affect timelines.

• Manage client escalations in a professional manner while fostering strong long-term relationships.

• Maintain accurate delivery forecasts across multiple simultaneous engagements.

• Present product strategy, delivery plans, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Work together with leadership during proposal reviews, project planning, and delivery scoping.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to enhance planning, documentation, communication, and decision-making.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or a comparable customer-facing leadership role.

• More than 3 years of experience working directly with external clients, enterprise stakeholders, or strategic customer accounts.

• Proven experience managing multiple software delivery engagements simultaneously.

• Strong background in product management with the capability to convert business requirements into technical execution.

• Demonstrated ability to scope complex initiatives into realistic delivery plans.

• Exceptional written communication skills with experience crafting client-facing documentation, product requirements, and executive communications.

• Strong executive presence with the confidence to navigate difficult conversations and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, cloud applications, software architecture concepts, and modern product development practices.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced startup environments.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to boost daily productivity.

• Experience in software consulting, digital agencies, or professional services organizations.

• Experience managing outcome-based or fixed-scope software engagements.

• Background in insurtech, fintech, healthtech, fitness, or enterprise SaaS.

• Previous roles as Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Delivery Lead.

• Experience in both startup and enterprise settings.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating directly with founders and executive leadership teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
