This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Take ownership of the design, creation, and enhancement of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools (e.g., Metabase), ensuring transparency into essential KPIs such as MQL, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and campaign ROI related to the overall pipeline.
• Collaborate continuously with revenue operations, data product managers, and data engineers to refine data models, elevate data quality, and guarantee that marketing analytics requirements are accurately documented and scalable within CRM tools.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing performance, effectiveness of customer acquisition channels, and lifecycle behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
• Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and model extensive marketing and customer datasets for both routine reporting and exploratory analysis.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to establish measurement frameworks, attribution models, and success metrics that align with business objectives.
• Lead efforts in customer segmentation, product feature usage analysis, cohort analysis, and customer journey analytics to aid targeted campaigns, product feature development strategies, activation optimization, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data across marketing data sources (e.g., CRM, ad platforms, web analytics) and contribute to the development of scalable data models and documentation.
• Convert complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or similar field).
• 6-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics roles, ideally within fintech, technology, or high-growth settings.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
• Practical experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase) and in developing scalable dashboards for business stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including attribution models, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and performance marketing metrics.
• Experience with marketing data sources (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad platforms).
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence marketing strategies through data insights.
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is an advantage.
