This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as the main point of contact between Product Analytics and Data/BI teams, ensuring alignment on data requirements and priorities.
• Establish data specifications and assist in the design of event taxonomy.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance standards across various datasets.
• Facilitate scalable reporting and optimize datasets in line with the enterprise data strategy.
• Define and manage experimentation standards to ensure statistical validity and uniformity.
• Evaluate experiment outcomes and analytical results to guarantee quality and precision.
• Mentor analysts in statistical reasoning and analytical methodologies.
• Promote continuous enhancement of experimentation practices among teams.
• Guide and assist Product Analytics Analysts in their technical and career development.
• Aid in prioritizing the product roadmap through insights derived from data.
• Convert complex analyses into straightforward, strategic recommendations.
• Deliver insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Extensive experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in leading experimentation and A/B testing projects.
• Collaborative experience with BI and Data Engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation).
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to validate methodologies and strategies.
• Background in designing scalable analytics frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching analysts.
• Strategic mindset with the power to influence decision-making.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
• Flexibility to collaborate with departments across various time zones.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in enterprise or gaming sectors.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience in building or contributing to data models.
• Exposure to machine learning applications.
