This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Perform office-based administrative tasks to ensure high-quality and efficient processing of requests, including specific analyses from a variety of stakeholders such as external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalations with both external and internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries within the Admin scope and directing other questions to the appropriate departments or roles.
• Act as a liaison among Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Conduct accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks in accordance with client standards to achieve Service Excellence, alongside general administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide backup for the Team Coordinator by helping to keep relevant KPIs updated and by preparing management information reports as needed, utilizing various reporting tools and techniques.
• Engage in and support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices.
• Offer innovative ideas and assist the Management Team with implementation.
• Ensure there is backup for your senior responsibilities within the administration team.
• Handle more complex and time-intensive tasks.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for fellow team members within the Policy Administration Team.
• Aid in training new staff and actively participate in the transition of new tasks.
• Update and maintain process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics (e.g., finance, accounting, or related fields).
• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, producing high-quality work even in high-volume and high-pressure situations.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, paired with a spirit of challenging established conventions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Prior experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
