This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Conduct office-based administrative tasks to ensure high-quality and efficient processing of administration requests, including specific analysis for a diverse range of stakeholders such as external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary entry point for all escalations from both internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries that fall within the scope of administration and redirecting other questions to the appropriate departments or roles.
• Act as a liaison between Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks according to client standards to achieve Service Excellence, along with performing general administrative duties.
• Deliver exceptional service standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide backup support to the Team Coordinator by maintaining relevant KPIs and conducting analysis and preparation of management information reports as needed, utilizing various reporting tools and methods.
• Engage in and support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical support and procedural best practices.
• Offer innovative ideas and assist the Management Team in execution.
• Ensure a backup is in place for your senior responsibilities within the administration team.
• Undertake more complex and time-consuming tasks.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for fellow team members within the Policy Administration Team.
• Assist in training new staff and actively partake in the transition of new tasks.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Economic studies (e.g., finance, accounting, or related fields).
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of various teams.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to produce high-quality output, even when under pressure and dealing with high volumes.
