This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Conduct office-based administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and high-quality processing of requests, including specific analyses, from various stakeholders like external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for all escalations involving external and internal stakeholders: address all inquiries within the administrative scope and determine the appropriate departments/roles for other queries.
• Act as a liaison among Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Perform accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks in accordance with client standards to achieve service excellence, alongside general administrative duties.
• Consistently uphold exceptional service standards and KPI performance.
• Support the Team Coordinator by maintaining relevant KPIs and assisting with analysis and management information report preparation as needed, utilizing various reporting tools and methods.
• Engage in process improvement projects and provide support for their implementation.
• Contribute to technical support, procedural best practices, and governance efforts.
• Suggest innovative ideas and assist the Management Team in their execution.
• Ensure there is a backup for your senior administrative tasks and undertake more complex, time-consuming assignments as necessary.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for fellow team members within the Policy Administration team.
• Aid in training new staff and actively participate in task transitions.
• Keep process documentation updated and maintained.
• A degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field (BA).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for effective collaboration across teams.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail; a commitment to quality while managing substantial workloads and operating under pressure.
