This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Administration tasks conducted in an office setting to ensure high-quality and efficient handling of administrative requests, including specific analyses from various stakeholders such as external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all inquiries from both external and internal stakeholders by addressing questions within the administrative scope and effectively directing other inquiries to the appropriate departments or roles.
• Act as a liaison among Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Conduct accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks according to client standards to achieve Service Excellence, along with performing general administrative duties.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the Team Coordinator by assisting in the maintenance of relevant KPIs and conducting analyses and preparations of management information reports as required, utilizing various reporting tools and methods.
• Engage in and provide assistance for process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical support and best practices for procedures.
• Offer innovative ideas and support to the Management Team in the execution of strategies.
• Ensure that there is a backup for senior tasks within the administration team.
• Handle more complex and time-intensive tasks.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for other members of the Policy Administration Team.
• Aid in training new staff and actively participate in the transition of new tasks.
• Keep process documentation up to date.
• A degree in Economic studies (e.g., finance, accounting, or similar fields) - BA.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate as part of various teams.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output even in high-volume and high-pressure situations.
