This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary advisor in a dedicated client team, collaborating closely with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist to cultivate enduring relationships with a specific portfolio of high net worth Empower clients.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by addressing needs related to client onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.

• Work alongside your advisory team resources to foster and sustain robust long-term relationships with valued clients.

• Conduct comprehensive relationship management through phone, email, and virtual meetings, engaging in both proactive and reactive communication.

• Retain assets under management and attract additional assets through consistent communication, proactive education, and unwavering responsiveness.

• Serve as the intermediary between clients and various internal groups/departments within Empower Personal Wealth to effectively serve client needs.

• Clearly articulate the ‘Personal Strategy’ investment approach; recommend, implement, and review investment strategies that align with clients’ risk tolerance and financial goals, while engaging clients in discussions about their portfolios, market trends, and economic conditions.

• Offer clients comprehensive financial planning across a wide range of topics, including retirement planning, income optimization, tax-advantaged savings strategies, and education planning.

• Collaborate with Financial Planning Specialists on intricate issues or comprehensive financial plans.

• Coordinate efficiently with the advisory team and various EPW stakeholders for client-related inquiries.

• Demonstrate a willingness and capability to effectively delegate, mentor, train, and develop colleagues and resources.

• Travel is required to meet clients in person and foster strong relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in financial services and client relations.

• Prior experience with direct client interaction, showcasing a knowledgeable and professional demeanor is essential.

• In-depth understanding of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; proactive self-starter with strong situational awareness and organizational skills.

• Highly skilled at providing effective client consultations – consistently composed, professional, and proficient at establishing trust to build long-term client relationships.

• Proven ability to address diverse client needs, achieve multi-product objectives, and analyze and present investment portfolios to clients.

• Proficient in or capable of quickly mastering: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other proprietary and recordkeeping systems.

• Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clients, complex planning, NPS, and client retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• FINRA Series 65 certification is required.

• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.

• CFP designation is strongly preferred.
