This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary advisor for a select group of high-net-worth Empower clients enrolled in Premier IRA and Brokerage services.
• Provide proactive, tailored consultations that encompass onboarding, financial planning, investment strategies, portfolio management, investor education, and wealth management.
• Consult with clients through video conferences, emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Retain and expand assets under management through effective relationship management, financial education, and diligent follow-through.
• Assist clients in implementing investment and portfolio solutions that align with their goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and financial plans.
• Offer comprehensive planning across retirement, income generation, tax-efficient investing, income optimization, education funding, and estate planning.
• Evaluate and present portfolios and financial strategies.
• Collaborate with advisory team members and Empower Personal Wealth stakeholders to address client needs.
• Undertake proactive planning initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, enhance engagement, retain assets, and increase AUM.
• Provide leadership in practice through delegation, coaching, training, and development of colleagues.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations are mandatory.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private wealth consulting for high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in advising high-net-worth households or managing intricate wealth management relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of wealth management strategies, comprehensive financial planning, investment portfolios, retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, income optimization, and estate planning.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client needs, support multi-product objectives, and analyze and present investment portfolios and financial strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct effective client consultations, build trust, and foster long-lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities with attention to detail, situational awareness, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in or able to quickly learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and proprietary financial services and record-keeping systems.
• CFP® certification is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
