• Facilitate the adoption of innovative therapies while increasing sales and market share within the designated territory.
• Provide training to medical personnel on new products and related procedures.
• Fulfill the expectations outlined by Sales Management.
• Consistently achieve and surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development objectives.
• Propel sales and the adoption of new Vascular technologies within the Area/District by employing effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Identify, assess, and convert targeted accounts to boost market share and ensure the successful implementation of new products.
• Create and implement market development strategies to widen product accessibility and enhance adoption rates.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Efficiently manage expenses to promote business growth while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• At least 8 years of experience in selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR environments or medical capital equipment, with a proven history of successful new product launches.
• Proven track record in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and practices.
• Capability to teach, train, and inform medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams regarding new devices and therapies.
