Senior Principal Software Engineer – Generative AI, Mobile Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical architect for the Mobile App Renovation Strategy (MARS)

• Shape the future of a high-performance, modular mobile ecosystem

• Lead interdisciplinary feature and platform teams

• Establish and motivate the AI Tiger Team, influencing AI integration across engineering divisions

• Monitor and track the effective use of cloud resources

• Create proof of concepts (POCs) utilizing new technologies

• Offer mentorship and coaching to team members

• Engage in the formulation of technology roadmaps

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficiency in a minimum of two technologies utilized by THD IT

• Familiarity with standard business processes prevalent in the retail sector

• Experience in Agile/Lean development methodologies

• 7 years of pertinent work experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Preferably 10+ years of software engineering experience

• Preferably 4+ years of experience leading architecture in a Principal or Senior Principal role.
