Senior Principal Software Engineer – Generative AI, Mobile Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal technical architect and visionary leader for the Mobile App Renovation Strategy (MARS).

• Shape the future of a high-performance, modular, and intelligent mobile ecosystem.

• Oversee cross-functional feature and platform teams to develop next-generation architecture.

• Establish and motivate the AI Tiger Team, influencing how engineering teams incorporate AI throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Facilitate portfolio-level Principal meetings to ensure alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficiency in at least two technologies utilized by THD IT.

• Familiarity with common business processes within the retail sector.

• Experience in Agile/Lean development methodologies.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completing a bachelor’s degree program or an equivalent in a related field of study.
