Senior Principal Machine Learning Revenue Architect

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and operational teams to gain insights into the challenges, operational and system limitations, the data at hand, and key decision points.

• Articulate these insights to the team to ensure all members have a comprehensive understanding of the issue.

• Determine how the opportunities align with the long-term development of the systems.

• Based on the identified challenges and available data, establish metrics for success and monitor system outcomes and dynamics.

• Define and advance the solution's evolution by pinpointing high-leverage points and the phases of system development.

• Assess the potential for integrating third-party capabilities into the solution.

• Adapt plans and direction as we continuously gather feedback and learn about the effectiveness of the solution.

• Work alongside cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, communicate and evaluate potential solutions, and collect feedback.

• Mentor data scientists and analysts, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Management Science, Computational Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

• Significant experience in the Advertising Technology sector, with a proven record of achieving business results.

• Strong ability to apply mathematical concepts to address business challenges and stimulate growth.

• In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and related technologies.

• Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, data mining, and data visualization techniques.

• Skilled in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience integrating solutions into enterprise infrastructure.

• Familiarity with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of technical professionals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
