This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Serve as the domain authority and deliver a senior principal, consultant-level approach for the development and enhancement of best practices.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for machine learning products, including demand and supply forecasting, inventory and network optimization, predictive quality and maintenance, yield, and risk scoring.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering throughout the entire lifecycle — from problem framing and feature engineering to training, validation, deployment, and monitoring — emphasizing robust MLOps practices such as CI/CD, drift detection, and retraining.
• Advocate for feature stores, data contracts, and comprehensive model documentation to ensure that solutions are reproducible and production-ready.
• Work alongside data engineering and governance teams to evaluate and enhance the preparedness of supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operational data for AI, focusing on accuracy, completeness, lineage, timeliness, and accessibility.
• Define and implement Responsible AI governance, covering risk management, security, data and intellectual property protection, model/solution oversight, audit trails, and compliance — in alignment with Entegris policies and evolving AI regulations.
• Profound understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps, including feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise data, software development practices, and/or product management/ownership, including a minimum of 4 years in delivering AI/ML or data products with a proven track record of scaling solutions to production.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance data readiness for AI, focusing on quality, lineage, metadata, and accessibility.
• Proven experience in building new capabilities or practices and scaling them across an organization.
• Background in establishing AI governance, risk management, and Responsible AI controls.
• History of creating value by linking AI products to measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and executive communication skills; capable of influencing senior business and technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
