Senior PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies that align with business objectives.

• Create and implement communication plans to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in the EU and US fintech sectors.

• Identify and engage relevant B2B influencers to elevate brand messaging and establish thought leadership.

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

• Secure and manage media coverage for company announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Actively seek and leverage existing news opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

• Generate innovative news angles and story ideas to ensure a steady stream of positive media coverage.

• Collaborate with content creators and SEO experts to optimize content for search engines.

• Create compelling advertorials that align with the brand and resonate with the target B2B audience.

• Work closely with company executives to develop key messages and talking points.

• Prepare executives for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.

• Support partnership initiatives through effective communication strategies.

• Oversee co-marketing and co-branding activities to maximize mutual benefits with strategic partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.

• Maintain the reputational risk map and escalation procedures for addressing negativity, misinformation, or sensitive public topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in PR and Communications.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in fintech, crypto, or payments industries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets across EU and US markets.

• Significant experience with social media and content marketing.

• Experience in measuring the effectiveness of PR activities.

• Previous success in executing impactful PR campaigns in the B2B sector.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
