
Senior Power Platform Developer, Active DOD Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform utilizing best practices in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Collect requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategically plan, assign, and monitor development tasks while identifying and addressing risks to ensure timely and successful launches.
• Create security groups and user personas to facilitate role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Build custom connectors for API integrations and secure data flows.
• Develop reusable components across the range of solutions.
• Establish testing requirements and protocols for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, which includes design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes.
• Provide guidance to client-side leadership on assessing and prioritizing product and feature requests in accordance with portfolio strategy.
• Lead development teams and manage the complete application lifecycle within controlled Power Platform environments.
• Over 7 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and manage the entire application lifecycle using controlled Power Platform environments.
• Expertise in REST/JSON/XML web service technologies.
• Knowledgeable in OAuth2, SAML, and JWT authentication protocols.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for intricate projects.
• Active Department of Defense (DOD) clearance is mandatory.
• Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
• Familiarity with NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I is preferred.
• Knowledge of Model-Driven Apps and/or Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dataverse solutions is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
