Senior Policy Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct original research focused on public policy

• Generate forward-looking analyses that are suitable for publication

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Offer evidence-based policy recommendations

• Work together with the Evaluation and Communications teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree in public policy, economics, political science, sociology, or a related field (preferred)

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in policy analysis, public-sector research, strategic planning, or government-related positions

• Demonstrated experience in conducting original public policy research to guide strategy and program development

• Experience in engaging with stakeholders and contributing to policy discussions or public-facing content

• Strong knowledge of government decision-making processes

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities

• Proficiency in working with data and research methodologies
