Senior PMO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Acting as a PMO for SAP projects on the SAP platform, supporting governance, planning, and control of IT initiatives and digital transformation.

• Responsible for ensuring the monitoring of deadlines, costs, scope, and quality of projects, ensuring alignment between business areas, IT, and suppliers.

• Support the planning, monitoring, and control of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.

• Update schedules, status reports, KPIs, and project dashboards.

• Monitor costs, risks, timelines, and dependencies of IT projects.

• Support project governance based on PMI methodologies and/or hybrid Agile.

• Act as an interface between business areas, IT, suppliers, and executive management.

• Track technical and functional SAP deliveries (MM, FI/CO, SD, PM).

• Ensure organization, standardization, and updating of project documentation.

• Support status meetings, committees, and presentations for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a PMO in SAP projects.

• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.

• Experience in project governance (PMI and/or hybrid Agile).

• Proficiency in managing schedules, costs, risks, and KPIs.

• Experience with executive reports and monitoring dashboards.

• Functional knowledge in SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, SD, PM).

• Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and manage demands.

• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) - Desired.

• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects - Desired.

• Intermediate or advanced English - Desired.

• Experience in complex corporate environments and global projects - Desired.

• PMP certification or similar (PMI / Agile) - Desired.
