Senior Platform/MLOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, deploy, and sustain dependable, scalable, and secure infrastructure, applications, and tools, concentrating on our ML/AI pipelines and workloads.

• Produce clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews.

• Create clear and concise documentation while fostering cross-team communication and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with team members to explore design strategies, prototype new technologies, and assess technical feasibility.

• Partner with adjacent teams to gain insights into the practical application of your frameworks and infrastructure, continually enhancing them and utilizing recent advancements to boost developer velocity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, etc.).

• Proven adherence to industry best practices in MLOps.

• Proficient in CI/CD tools and GitOps workflows.

• Familiarity with executing GPU workloads in Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes (both self-hosted and managed) and contemporary k8s paradigms (e.g., CNCF).

• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, etc.).

• Knowledgeable about observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
