Senior Platform Architect – SFMC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and support scalable SFMC solutions tailored for designated clients.

• Convert business needs into precise, actionable technical setups.

• Perform platform audits and health assessments to uncover risks and optimization possibilities.

• Develop and enhance automations, customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and campaign workflows.

• Implement solutions utilizing AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL.

• Assist with REST and SOAP API integrations in collaboration with senior technical leaders.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SFMC data architecture, including Data Extensions, Automations, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.

• Act as the main technical subject matter expert for assigned clients.

• Offer proactive advice and insights on new features and industry best practices.

• Articulate technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and sustain solution documentation, such as workflow diagrams and technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, strategists, and analytics teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and a good understanding of GTL.

• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• In-depth knowledge of platform components, including Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Audience segmentation, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

• One or more Salesforce certifications are preferred, such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Developer.

• Familiarity with SFMC Connector or similar integration techniques.
