Senior Platform Architect – Braze

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account, operations, engineering) to ensure successful Braze implementations from the discovery phase through to launch.

• Serve as a technical liaison for clients, articulating solutions and their trade-offs in straightforward and practical terms.

• Work closely with stakeholders to establish priorities, timelines, and the technical approach.

• Assist in project planning by defining scope, timelines, and dependencies.

• Collect marketing and technical requirements and convert them into clear solution designs.

• Set up data feeds, configure the platform, and design campaign workflows within Braze.

• Diagnose data and platform issues utilizing available tools, documentation, and team assistance.

• Share expertise and contribute to the development of documentation and best practices.

• Offer guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with the Braze platform.

• Proven experience in supporting cross-channel marketing efforts (Email, Push, SMS, In-App, or similar).

• Background in a client-facing or consulting role.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
