Senior Placement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the most intricate, strategic, or high-risk placements.

• Acts as a subject matter authority on markets, programs, and solutions.

• Provides guidance to brokers and sales leaders on optimal placement strategies.

• Creates and delivers advanced marketing and solution proposals.

• Facilitates the resolution of escalated issues and unconventional scenarios.

• Shapes placement policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Mentors and evaluates the work of specialists and associates.

• May take responsibility for achieving tactical placement objectives through the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).

• Insurance licenses or designations are advantageous but not mandatory.
