Senior Physician – Surgeon Expert, AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design challenging clinical tasks rooted in realistic physician and surgical scenarios.

• Develop exemplary solutions that encompass diagnosis, workup, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making.

• Construct cases that include intricate histories, laboratory results, imaging, symptoms, and competing diagnostic hypotheses.

• Assess AI-generated clinical outputs for their accuracy, completeness, safety, and compliance with current standards.

• Create scenarios that involve differential diagnosis, treatment pathways, procedural choices, and risk management.

• Consistently apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards.

• Review and enhance patient charts, clinical management plans, consultation notes, and treatment recommendations.

• Integrate calibration feedback and modify task designs as necessary.

• Ensure consistency with current medical guidelines and principles of patient safety.

• Elevate genuine clinical edge cases or unclear evaluation criteria to the functional expert lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, DO, or an equivalent medical qualification with current board certification.

• 8–15 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.

• Active engagement in clinical practice within the last 3 years.

• Proficiency in complex diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning.

• Documented success in delivering high-level medical outputs.

• Outstanding analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of overlap with PST.

• Successful completion of a 60-minute online Clinical & Health assessment.
