This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Acts as the content contributor for the security teams and the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of systems.
• Gathers recommendations and input from cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs remain up-to-date.
• Takes the lead in authoring various forms of technical security documentation, including procedures, articles, reports, and user manuals.
• Guides cross-functional teams and manages process rollouts within the Data Center, enhancing security and business processes.
• Proposes ongoing improvements and assists in the implementation of changes.
• Oversees the coordination and completion of security projects.
• Evaluates key performance indicators and offers recommendations for process standardization and enhancement.
• Delivers security training across all sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant hands-on experience is required.
• Certification from a major security system manufacturer is preferred.
