Senior Performance Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Developing, implementing, and managing performance testing strategies

• Overseeing the entire non-functional testing lifecycle

• Ensuring systems comply with performance benchmarks and production readiness criteria

• Collaborating closely with AI Test Engineering, product teams, and DevOps

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing

• Proven ability to lead non-functional testing initiatives

• Experience working with AI-powered systems

• Proficiency in tools such as Locust, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Dynatrace

• Familiarity with Postman for API profiling and AWS CloudWatch

• Demonstrated success in creating performance testing frameworks

• Experience in distributed, event-driven, or microservices architecture

• A bachelor's degree is required
