Senior Performance Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create engaging assets for paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, and various e-commerce marketing channels.

• Produce static graphics, short-form video content, motion graphics, variations of ads, and promotional visuals.

• Formulate creative concepts that address customer challenges, highlight product advantages, align with campaign objectives, and incorporate audience insights.

• Utilize performance metrics and creative feedback to refine ad designs, enhance messaging, and guide visual direction.

• Ensure brand consistency while exploring new layouts, hooks, angles, and formats.

• Clearly and professionally communicate product benefits in a compliant manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, performance design, digital design, or e-commerce creative roles.

• A robust portfolio showcasing paid ad creatives, social media graphics, landing page designs, and conversion-oriented visuals.

• Experience with e-commerce brands, particularly in consumer products, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or related sectors is preferred.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent platforms.

• Skilled in AI and automation tools to enhance creative workflows, efficiency, and output quality.

• Solid understanding of direct-response design, A/B testing methodologies, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.

• Capable of working independently, communicating effectively, juggling multiple tasks, and adhering to deadlines in a remote environment.

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics.

• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Knowledge of e-commerce advertising guidelines and compliance standards.
