Senior Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create visually appealing and brand-consistent WordPress pages and posts.

• Develop HubSpot landing pages and email templates that effectively balance aesthetics and conversion rates.

• Evaluate, select, and configure HubSpot and WordPress modules in alignment with brand standards.

• Identify and rectify front-end layout challenges, including spacing, padding, and responsive behavior.

• Independently implement motion graphics on the website.

• Manage and maintain the Figma component library.

• Proactively incorporate AI tools into your design and production processes.

• Create and enhance presentation decks and sales enablement materials using Google Slides.

• Act as the primary digital contact in the absence of your counterpart.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• 6-8 years of digital design experience in a B2B SaaS context, with sufficient front-end knowledge to work independently in the browser.

• Proven experience designing for web, email, and presentation formats, supported by a robust portfolio of digital work.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma is essential.

• Practical experience in building and maintaining Figma component libraries.

• Proficient in designing within WordPress, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS beyond page builders.

• Capable of inspecting, troubleshooting, and resolving layout issues without developer assistance.

• Familiarity with HubSpot for designing landing pages and emails.

• A keen eye for responsive design.

• Experience implementing animations on live websites.

• Actively utilizes AI tools to enhance design output and team productivity.

• Strong proficiency in Google Slides for presentation design.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• A collaborative and humble approach to teamwork.

• Nice to have: Experience with deal room or sales enablement platforms.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of JavaScript.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with CSS frameworks or utility-first design approaches.

• Nice to have: Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
