Senior Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive analytics solutions that encompass data processing, automation, visualizations, training, and ongoing support.

• Perform thorough data analysis on both familiar and unfamiliar datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

• Convert data discoveries into actionable recommendations through effective communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Technology teams to design data integrations from various systems into data warehouses and analytical models.

• Document process requirements, flow diagrams, and technical designs using JLL standard tools.

• Ensure consistency between JLL system data and Client system data/reporting.

• Work with data stewards to pinpoint and resolve significant data quality issues.

• Manage user permissions and access roles through the Technology Access Tool (TAT).

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or a related analytical discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis within enterprise environments across various systems and business functions.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Proven expertise with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools, including Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Informatica.

• Established ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data to derive conclusions and formulate recommendations.

• Experience in developing predictive models.

• Excellent facilitation skills for leading data collection and design sessions.

• Outstanding written and verbal presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate persuasively across different organizational levels.

• Capability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects in fast-paced environments.
