This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage end-to-end incidents, from detection to resolution.
• Address critical incidents (P1/P2) and high-visibility situations.
• Independently conduct advanced functional and technical analyses.
• Accurately determine when escalation to L3 is necessary.
• Handle complex service requests with clear follow-up and communication.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management.
• Analyze logs, concurrent requests, interface errors, and integrations.
• Evaluate and support changes to production, ensuring controlled impact.
• Document solutions and actively contribute to knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in stability, automation, and operability.
• Languages: Advanced English (B2–C1), essential for daily operations in a global environment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in productive support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in L2 roles or equivalents.
• Solid experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes, particularly in: Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoicing, Pricing, Shipping, and Interfaces.
• Experience in Procure to Pay / Finance processes (AP, GL, R2R) will be valued based on scope.
• Knowledge of OZF, taxes (Sabrix), and QP will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries (basic to intermediate level).
• Understanding and debugging incidents using PL/SQL and Shell Scripts.
• Analysis of integrations, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows.
• Knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing and monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage major incidents and high-pressure scenarios.
