Senior OpenShift Consultant – TS/SCI Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in creating scalable, efficiently managed solutions that can adapt to technological advancements utilizing Red Hat technologies.

• Travel weekly from Monday to Thursday to client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance.

• Experience in delivering implementations based on architectural designs.

• Proven ability to lead a technical project, including collaboration on project timelines and maintaining project and technical documentation.

• Capacity to identify stakeholder requirements and manage expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work.

• Experience in working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge and willingness to mentor others.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher, in computer science or a related technical field.

• Technical certifications such as Security + and Network +.

• Experience in delivering successful consulting engagements for modern cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in Linux system administration, ideally with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a similar variant.

• Previous experience with source code management tools like GitLab.

• Familiarity with or working knowledge of Ansible.

• Experience with enterprise cloud solutions, specifically Platform-as-a-Service.

• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addresses.

• Extensive technical experience with one or more virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience in a strategic advisory capacity to senior IT and business executives, with significant experience presenting to C-level executives at large organizations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
