• You will become a member of our Performance Marketing team, taking on the responsibility for managing, guiding, and optimizing our SEM channel Paid Search in one of our key markets, which includes overseeing a substantial ad budget.
• You will utilize our state-of-the-art campaign automation system to enhance and develop our SEM campaigns while driving performance improvements.
• You will formulate the strategy for your channel based on in-depth analyses, utilizing extensive internal data and employing a wide range of analytical techniques and tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Engineering team to co-develop the evolution of our marketing platforms and tools.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, other sciences, engineering, economics, or business.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a proven record of achieving tangible business outcomes in a data-centric role.
• Demonstrate experience in statistical interpretation using real data, including insights on potential misinterpretations or pitfalls with significance.
• Exhibit advanced Excel proficiency and SQL experience (including table joins within a relational database); familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a considerable advantage.
• Show strong business acumen, a drive for results, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Quickly comprehend KPIs and metrics while continuously seeking opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Maintain an open mindset and a strong can-do attitude to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or another European language is a plus.
