• The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be a crucial component in ensuring the success of our account team’s service delivery to clients, acting as the central communication and coordination hub between team members and clients.
• This position will report directly to the Client Experience team and will receive support from Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
• The role requires an outstanding client-facing project manager adept at managing and providing digital marketing deliverables and solutions from start to finish.
• The successful candidate will join a high-performing team that consistently delivers client projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards, all in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative agency setting.
• By collaborating closely with clients and account teams, this position will oversee multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and interdisciplinary teams to fulfill our clients’ strategic and tactical marketing goals.
• As a vital member of the account team, this role will be proactive, possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate confidence in meticulously organizing and ensuring timely delivery of projects without sacrificing quality.
• This individual will keep all stakeholders informed about progress and effectively navigate the inevitable challenges that arise during the process.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in using Asana as a work management tool.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with digital marketing subjects (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to change.
• A professional attitude and comfort with conflict management and mediation.
• Capability to effectively guide teams in task prioritization and execution, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the tenacity to resolve internal and client issues swiftly.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical, with outstanding time management skills, strong work ethics, and political awareness.
• A motivated and dedicated attitude, flexible problem-solver, willing to engage and foster change within the organization.
• A self-starter capable of independent thinking and autonomous work.
